In his last paragraph Sir Maurice

Fitzmaurice states that the firm would be

glad to consider any proposal the Colony

may like to make, In the circumstances

we would suggest that the Secretary of

State might instruct us to pay half the

fee and tell Coodes that their proposals

have been sent forward to the Colony for

consideration.
